Sometimes, you have to step outside the door and into the light to see which direction you wish to walk. Walking with knowledge in mind, nurturing your thoughts by giving yourself time to enjoy the little things. Travel, walk, breathe.

Understanding certain people’s motives, actions or what their true intentions are, becomes taxing over time. Trying to understand what they are implying, by forcing their motives onto others, disregarding others emotional state, livelihood or place in the world. The world is cruel enough in so many ways, but so loving and kind in others. We just have to find that part of the world. Take some valuable time to yourself, and go on an adventure, seek forgiveness and understanding, surround yourself with like-minded people, who are good for your well-being and your livelihood. Your life depends on it!

Embracing your innate elegance and strength is a journey of tuning in, trusting yourself, and weaving intention into every movement. Follow these eight steps to embody the poetry that already lives within you.
1. Understand the Metaphor of “Poetry in Motion”
Reflect on what “poetry in motion” means to you—fluidity, rhythm, beauty, or emotional resonance.
Journal for 5 minutes: list moments when you felt effortlessly aligned with life.
Notice how you describe those experiences—your language reveals the qualities you already possess.
2. Tune into Your Body’s Natural Rhythm
Spend three daily moments checking in with posture, breath, and energy flow.
Practice a 2-minute body scan: start at your feet, move up to your head, noticing tension and release.
Experiment with gentle movements—stretching, swaying, or walking—and observe how each shift changes your inner state.
3. Cultivate Grace through Mindful Presence
Before each task, take three grounding breaths and set an intention (“I move with ease,” “I speak with clarity”).
