Support our growth

“Borders Built in Gold.”

Borders built in gold,

Gleaming like the morning sun,

Become the starring role;

Propelling your life into the spacious atmosphere,

Where dreams take flight on wings of hope.

In the vast expanse of sky,

We soar beyond the clouds,

Guided by the golden lines,

That mark our sacred bounds.

Each boundary a masterpiece,

Crafted with care and grace,

A tapestry of life’s design,

In this boundless, open space.

With every step we take,

We carve our path anew,

Embracing all the highs and lows,

With courage to pursue.

The stars above, they whisper,

Of journeys yet untold,

Of dreams that shimmer brightly,

In hearts both young and old.

Borders built in gold,

A testament to our will,

To rise above the challenges,

And climb each daunting hill.

For in the end, it’s not the lines,

That hold us back or bind,

But the strength within our hearts,

And the power of our minds.

So let us soar with open hearts,

And reach for skies untold,

With borders built in gold,

Our spirits brave and bold.

🛡️ How to Build Golden Boundaries That Protect Your Peace and Power

🧠 1. Get Clear on What You’re Protecting

  • Identify what drains your energy or causes resentment.

  • Ask: “What do I need more of—space, rest, respect, time?”

  • Your boundaries should reflect your values and priorities.

💬 2. Redefine “No” as a Sacred Yes to Yourself

  • Saying “no” isn’t rejection—it’s alignment.

  • Practice saying “no” without guilt or over-explaining.

  • Example: “I’m not available for that right now.”

🧘 3. Start Small and Build Confidence

  • Begin with low-stakes boundaries (e.g., declining a call during rest time).

  • Gradually move to bigger ones (e.g., saying no to emotional labor or toxic dynamics).

  • Each boundary builds your self-trust.

🗣️ 4. Communicate Clearly and Kindly

  • Use direct, respectful language: “I need time to recharge,” or “I’m focusing on other priorities.”

  • Avoid passive or aggressive tones—assertiveness is key.

  • Scripts help: “I feel overwhelmed when ___, so I need ___.”

🔄 5. Stay Consistent and Follow Through

  • Boundaries only work when upheld.

  • Expect pushback—especially from those who benefited from your lack of limits.

  • Reinforce with calm repetition and firm action.

🧩 6. Use Emotional Intelligence to Navigate Guilt

  • Recognize guilt as a signal, not a truth.

  • Reframe: “Setting boundaries is an act of self-respect.”

  • Practice self-compassion and affirmations to stay grounded.

🧘‍♀️ 7. Protect Your Peace Daily

  • Schedule time for rest, reflection, and joy.

  • Use digital boundaries (e.g., no messages after 9 PM).

  • Guard your energy like gold—it fuels your purpose.

🌱 8. Reassess and Refine Regularly

  • Your needs evolve—so should your boundaries.

  • Check in monthly: “What’s working? What needs adjusting?”

  • Boundaries are dynamic tools for growth.

🌟 9. Lead by Example

  • Model healthy boundaries in your relationships and work.

  • Inspire others to honor their own limits.

  • Your grace and strength become a ripple effect of empowerment.

✨ Final Thought: Boundaries Are Bridges, Not Walls

Golden boundaries don’t isolate—they illuminate. They help you show up fully, love deeply, and live freely. When you protect your peace, you amplify your power and the bridges you build with boundaries, crumble down the walls you might have built over time and by using a step-by-step guide to help you build golden boundaries—those that protect your peace, preserve your power, and elevate your relationships with clarity and grace become the foundation for which you will continue to expand on and stand on.

“Paths Untraveled.”

In the quiet corners of my mind, Where memories and dreams entwine, I wander through the forest of “what if,” Where alternate paths beckon, swift.

What if I had turned left instead of right, Chasing moonbeams through the velvet night? Would destiny have woven a different thread, Or would the same stars still light my bed?

The little girl within me, wide-eyed and free, Skipping stones across the river of possibility, She knew no fear of consequence or fate, Only the taste of sun-kissed hours, late.

But wisdom came, a silent traveler in disguise, Whispering secrets beneath cerulean skies: “Trust your gut, dear child, for it knows truth, Even when the world demands proof.”

And so, I followed the winding trail, Through thickets of doubt and moments frail, Abiding by the laws of heart and soul, Seeking solace where the wild winds roll.

Yet, had I known then what I know now, Would I have danced with shadows anyhow? For sometimes demise wears a borrowed face, And truth awaits beyond time and space.

So, let us honor the roads untraveled, The footprints lost in dew-kissed gravel, And trust that every twist and turn we’ve known, Has led us closer to the seeds we’ve sown.

“Defiance, Silence and Resilience. “

Amidst the darkness

Springs the sound of silence

Darkness fills my mind

Instead of encouragement with defiance

Defiance meets silence

Where defiance felt unself reliant

Controlled my life once

Now built in strength and reliance

“Sincerely, Me.”

My mind is in a peaceful state at this time

mesmerized by the shadows beneath the rustled leaves

as I step along the gravel road

listening to the water running timelessly in the creek.

The silence almost deafening, stillness becomes a parallel of being motionless

 a dimension of selflessness

 innocence and calm.

Unwavering depths of the natural state of just being myself

quiet, enjoying my time alone, in a peaceful state of solitude.

I am most myself, when I am alone.

I am at peace with every aspect of my life and all that I have become, because of those very aspects of my life.

Time travels down some rough roads

some tough and windy ridge filled canyons at times

although steep

at times extending past where the eyes can see

unknowingly trusting oneself

with the depths of the natural state

of being at peace

with unwavering depths of allowing oneself

to transpire as time allows us the given space

natural instincts

on how to live a good life and to live a good life learning from each other.

It never hurts to just ask.

You never know what you may receive

when you give to yourself

so you can give to others.

The realms of life are simple.

Get along and share your dreams and your knowledge and unite to create a space we all can be comfortable living amongst one another.

In the beginning stages of each and every one of our lives

there are people who give their time and time away from their families to bring each and every one of us into this wonderful world, and over time, there are people who continue to give up their time and time away from their families to bring each and every one of us comfort, with our families, who all shared a part in this world with us together, and somewhere along the way, some of us have gotten lost and kept on trying to find a safe and comfortable place to land.

Sometimes

we did well

and sometimes

we still have to learn to get up and do it all over again and learn things over again

so we can get things right the next time.

As we grow older

we learn there are people in this world who really do care more about others then they do themselves.

So the next time you sit with yourself

as you are right now at this time

remember one thing, you choose to sit here

with me

reading about something maybe you found you also can relate to somehow

but you don’t know how to explain it.

This feeling

I wish I knew what it was as well

and what I do know

that I know to be true

is the only one who knows your dreams

your truth and how you want to live it

is you.

You are the dream.

So live the dream life you have always dreamt of as a little girl

and just go for it.

What do you have to lose?

Nothing!

You, my dear

have so much to live for and so much life to gain.

Don’t let anything or anyone stop you.

You've got this!

Sincerely,

Me.
