Sometimes we just need to take a break from reality, to slow down to really see the true beauty in life. As I stood still for a moment and time stood still within me, I was taken back by the majestic, beautiful world in which we live, inhaling a deep breath of trust, the freshness of tranquility and I’m mesmerized by the bliss of what I have been given in this very moment.

The solidarity of the unknown has been a beautiful and uplifting journey, that I wish to never come to an end. So, in taking a moment in time, I created this little tune, freeing up some alone space in time that has given me this very moment to allow myself to just go with the flow. I hope that no matter where you are in this beautiful world, you find peace in your space in time.

Here’s a refreshed, expanded version of another step by step guide—crafted to help you rebuild from the inside out, while celebrating the freedom you've claimed. It’s not about chasing purpose like a finish line—it’s about embodying it in how you live, love, and lead.

🔥 Step-by-Step Guide: Reuniting with Purpose Through the Lens of Freedom

1. Start with Soulful Inventory

  • Reflect on what freedom has taught you—write a journal entry or poem about your turning point.

  • Ask: “What parts of me did I rediscover when I broke free?”

  • Highlight the values that survived the shedding: authenticity, grace, resilience, creativity.

2. Rebuild Your Inner Ecosystem

  • Design a daily flow that feels aligned—not rushed or performative.

  • Incorporate spiritual anchors like meditation, movement, gratitude, prayer, or quiet.

  • Let your calendar reflect your values—not just productivity goals.

3. Rekindle Purpose from Lived Experience

  • Define what a purposeful life means for you—outside of social norms or comparison.

  • Use freedom as creative fuel: write, build, teach, heal, express, invent.

  • Create something that embodies your transformation: a blog, a song, a guide, a community offering.

4. Curate a Circle That Elevates

  • Reconnect with people who honor your growth without trying to control it.

  • Share your story vulnerably and invite co-creation.

  • Let relationships breathe—don’t rush reconciliation, but plant seeds of authenticity.

5. Craft a Mission With Flexibility

  • Set a purpose statement that’s alive—not rigid. Example: “I live to spark healing and insight through artistic expression.”

  • Tie your mission to service—freedom becomes exponential when it liberates others, too.

6. Normalize Reinvention

  • Check in monthly with this question: “Is my purpose still serving my truth?”

  • If it’s not—pivot, soften, rebuild. That’s not failure. That’s evolution.

🌿 Freedom isn’t about avoiding responsibility—it’s choosing devotion over obligation. And purpose isn’t a destination—it’s a way of being.
